2. Get to the root of your anxiety: Questioning your thought pattern can help you in figuring out what's bothering you. Learn what triggers your anxiety.
3. Dear diary, it's me again: Keeping a journal or a notepad and writing down what you're feeling, gets it out of your head and can make it less discouraging.
4. Do your best: Instead of aiming perfection, be proud of however close you get. The idea of something being perfect is illusion. Be the best version of yourself.
5. Time for bedtime stories: When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. Getting sufficient sleep can help in managing anxiety. For the love of god, get enough sleep you adorable thing!
